Why are service calls tracked by hours and not number of calls?

When customers call and schedule a service call, our trained dispatching team will assess the difficulty of your call and may send 2 servicemen. We want to spend the least amount of time on each small task. (3) hours of calls for some customers may be more than 3 calls.
 

Can I use all of my time on one larger task?

Yes if you have a (5) hr plan you may use it all at one call. Our dispatcher will be able to discuss that option with you.

I used all of my service time up early in the year and had a need for another call. Can I still call and request service?

Absolutely! Once your yearly service time has been depleted, we allow customers service, billed at a standard hourly rate based on plan.

Do you offer 24hr emergency service?

Currently the only plan that offers 24hr emergency service is the Premium Plan.
