Refund policy

1. Annual subscription terms for Property DRs LLC will begin upon submission of first payment, either monthly split or up-front annual fee. Monthly and annual rates can be referenced from the subscription tier diagram. 

2. Initial 15-day trial period begins from date of first payment and creation of new client account. Client is free to cancel subscription and receive refund for initial payment within trial period without early termination fee, withstanding certain criteria;

a. No visits have been used within trial period 

3. After trial period, or if any allotted visits have been completed, client may cancel subscription but will be responsible for early termination fee applied to account. Early termination fees will be assessed as 25% of remaining balance on client accounts, whether client is paying monthly or annual. For monthly payment plans, early termination will result in a final early termination payment. For annual payment plans, the client will be refunded the annual payment, minus the assessed early termination fee.

4. If all allotted visits are used by client before early termination, regardless of tier subscription, client will be responsible for the entire annual balance. Entire balance must be paid before client account can be terminated.
